Where the old suspension system is too corroded or deformed to reuse, a new compatible grid is specified alongside the panels, matched to the original hanger point spacing wherever possible to avoid modifying the roof or ceiling structure. Adjustable hanger rods, typically accommodating ±15–20 mm of vertical correction, help absorb minor unevenness between the new grid and the original structural deck.

The result is a panel layout custom-fit to the specific irregularities of that building, rather than a generic module applied uniformly across the ceiling plane.
